1. HOW TO ORDER
We currently do not take orders online, so to place your order, please call 01642 486827 (10am-5pm) to contact Amy or Geoff Crust or visit the store at 115 Queen Street, Redcar, Cleveland, TS10 1BT.
You can also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via Facebook Messenger if you would like to enquire about anything.
We request a deposit on ordering, whether in store or over the phone, this is usually £100 depending on the size of the order. The remaining balance can be paid before or on delivery.
The lead time from ordering to delivery is usually around 4 weeks, and all orders are hand delivered by Geoff and Amy. We will call/text (state preference on order) when your order is ready for delivery, where you can then pick a date and time that best suits you.
Our furniture comes fully assembled. If assembly is required on the larger items, we will do this free of charge on delivery.

National: We can deliver further afield depending on the size of the order
3. AFTER CARE
If you have any questions or problems after delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to assist. We can provide suggestions and providers of furniture maintenance, though we don’t provide this service in store.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns after delivery unless the product is damaged or faulty, we will then be happy to exchange for new free of charge.
Please note, we reserve the right and full discretion to consider all queries on a case by case basis.
5. PAYMENTS OPTIONS
We accept payments via all debit cards (excluding American Express), cheques and cash.
